The outlook add-in is meant to be an easy access way of viewing and creating your own action plans.
1. Users can view their own action plans in the Add-in
2. Users can also create a new Action Plan in the Add-in
3. Within an Action plan users can create an inspection, complete the action plan, and edit an Action Plan.
4. Users can also view their direct reports in the Outlook Add-in
